Access is granted exclusively through our online booking system. After you create an account and complete your first booking, you will receive the access code via message for your scheduled session. The access code will be valid 15 minutes prior to your session and expired 15 minutes after your session.

You can book courts up to 7 days in advance. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time slot!

Step-by-step instructions will be available beside the tablet at your court. You can control the machine's feed rate, oscillation, and ball speed via a tablet. Please keep the ball speed below 60 unless you aim to practise volley. The system is designed for easy self-service.

Just bring yourself and your athletic wear! We provide the tennis balls for use with our ball machines. Non-marking indoor tennis shoes are mandatory for court safety and preservation.

Absolutely. The facility is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance, automated lighting, and secure, keyless entry that is only active during your booked time slot for your safety and the security of our equipment.
