Cancellation Policy
Self-training booking Cancellations:
All bookings are final. We do not offer order cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds under normal circumstances. Once a booking is confirmed, the time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
Emergency Situations: Based on the situations, the cancellation fees may be waived or returned. Please email us at sales@funpst.ca to explain your situation. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, determine if a refund or credit is appropriate.
Private/Group Lesson Cancellations:
Private Lesson reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
Group Lesson reschedules are final and not subject to modify.
